Louisville, KY Distilleries
We have been to Louisville KY a few times now and have been having so much fun every time we are there. It's not that far of a drive from here in Ohio either. One of me and Anthony's favorite things to do while traveling to a new city is doing distillery tours. It's fun to learn what is different about each one and how they do things compared to other facilities.
I highly recommend trying some out when you are traveling. It's relatively cheap for the fun! ($25)

We got to bottle our own bottle of bourbon here to take home. This was an awesome place to visit. They now offer a hands-on mixology experience and craft cocktail class. If we get to go back this would be a fun thing to do with your girlfriends or s/o!

We brought Ellie here on our first vacation with her as a baby. It's located on the historic Whiskey Row. Our favorite bourbon was the 1920s Style Prohibition whiskey. They had a really awesome place to grab drinks after the tour called George's Bar. This is where I had my first ever Mint Julep and it was delish. Maybe next time in Kentucky will be for the Kentucky Derby while sipping on a Mint Julep.
// Angel's Envy //
I most recently visited Angel's Envy in all its glory during one of my good friend's bachelorette party weekend. This pace was absolutely beautiful. One unique thing about this place is that their bottles are hand labeled. Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is finished in Port Casks and Angel's Envy Rye Whiskey is finished in Caribbean Rum Casks, this is what gives it such a unique taste compared to other whiskeys.
After the tour at Angel’s envy, we got drinks at their bar. I had an old fashion twist called The Henderson.
Leave a comment below of some of your favorite distilleries you’ve visited!
XOXO
